's why I became a freelance writer

Everyone who knows me understands that I love to travel, which is a big reason why I became a freelance writer. Over the last two decades, I've been to several countries including: Cambodia, New Zealand, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nicaragua, Guatemala, the Galapagos, Canada, Mexico, and all over the United States. 

I live in Lake Tahoe, which is another beautiful destination in the US known for its endless supply of outdoor adventure in a pristine mountain environment.  Since I've heard that it's best to write about what you know, I have written dozens of articles on places, people, and interesting activities in regions that have especially impacted me.
